DAY1

HOME - HELSINKI (MEALS ON BOARD)

Assemble at the airport and take-off to the vibrant seaside city of Helsinki, capital of Finland.

DAY2

HELSINKI - PORVOO - HELSINKI (MEALS ON BOARD)

Upon arrival in Helsinki, explore the city. Visit the distinctive Sibelius Monument, resembling organ pipes, dedicated to composer Jean Sibelius. Proceed to Senate Square to admire Helsinki Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the National Library of Finland. Visit Temppeliaukio Church, nicknamed the 'Rock Church' for its naturally rock-crafted interior walls. Then, head to the medieval town of Porvoo for a walking tour featuring landmarks like the Old Town Hall, Porvoo Cathedral, and the A. Edelfelt Statue. Return to Helsinki and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

 

Note: External viewing only of Rock Church if closed due to ceremonies or holidays. For QR/LH Flights, your Helsinki sightseeing will take place on Day 10 before your departure and do note that Porvoo sightseeing is not included.

DAY3

HELSINKI (BREAKFAST)

Take advantage of a day off to discover Helsinki at your own pace, where there are a plethora of activities and sights to enjoy. Alternatively, you might consider taking a supplementary excursion to Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia, by ferry, to appreciate the rich cultural scene and admire the spectacular medieval and historic structures.

DAY4

HELSINKI - IVALO - KIRKENES （BREAKFAST, NORWEGIAN KING CRAB DINNER）

Fly domestically to Ivalo, Inari, Finland, then head north to Kirkenes, Norway, known for its king crab. Experience Snowhotel 365, the first hotel of its kind made from snow and ice, open throughout the year. Take part in the Original King Crab Safari, traveling by snowmobile-pulled sled or RIB boat depending on the season. Conclude the journey at a warm farmhouse restaurant by the fjord, indulging in a King Crab Feast. Weather permitting, catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights during the King Crab Safari and near our accommodation for the night.

Note: Children must be at least 7 years old to participate in the King Crab Safari, accompanied by an adult.

 

DAY5

KIRKENES - SAARISELKÄ (BREAKFAST, DINNER）

Embark on a scenic journey through stunning landscapes, crossing snow-covered mountains and pristine fjords in Norway, then returning to Saariselka, Finland. After dinner, explore the wilderness on a Snowmobile to hunt for the Northern Lights. If the sky is clear, experience an enchanting showcase of our planet's most stunning natural light performance - an unforgettable sight.

 

Note: To operate a snowmobile or sled, drivers must have a valid driving license and be at least 18 years old. Children who wish to sit on a snowmobile must be at least 130 cm tall, while those shorter can ride in a sleigh pulled by a guide's snowmobile, accompanied by an adult. There are two people for each snowmobile. One person drives and the other sits in the back; you can swap drivers halfway. Please note that activities may be canceled or replaced due to bad weather. If this occurs, we will offer alternative tours (subject to availability) or a refund via EU Travel Voucher.

DAY6

SAARISELKÄ - KAKSLAUTTANEN (BREAKFAST, SALMON SOUP LUNCH, DINNER)

Explore a Husky Dog Farm, learn about their lives, and join a thrilling Husky Safari. Make our way to Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, positioned 250 km above the Arctic Circle. Visit the Igloo Tower, and enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the surrounding arctic wilderness. Enjoy a night stay at the Kelo Glass Igloo, the location provides an excellent chance to witness the Aurora Borealis due to minimal light pollution.

 

Note: For Husky Safari, children under 4 years must be accompanied by an adult. To drive the sleigh, you must weigh at least 45kg. The Safari is for two people unless you wish to have your sled only for yourself (for an extra cost). One person is seated in the sleigh, the other is standing and driving in the back, you can swap drivers halfway.Please note that activities may be cancelled or replaced due to bad weather. If this occurs, we will offer alternative tours (subject to availability) or a refund via EU Travel Voucher. If the Igloo Tower is not accessible, we will stop for photos instead.

 

DAY7

KAKSLAUTTANEN - ROVANIEMI (BREAKFAST, CHINESE DINNER)

Discover Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus, where enchanting tales come to life. Explore Santa Claus Village, send postcards from Santa's Main Post Office, and obtain an Arctic Circle stamp. Receive an Arctic Crossing Certificate and meet Santa Claus at the Christmas House. Experience a Reindeer Sleigh Ride and even earn a reindeer driving license. In the evening, join a Northern Light excursion with a Professional Photographer at our private Northern Lights camp. Enjoy Arctic nature, traditional Lappish sausage, and hot berry juice.

 

Note: Northern Lights sighting no guaranteed due to weather conditions. Receive soft copies of photos from local photographer within 7-14 days after tour.

DAY8

ROVANIEMI (BREAKFAST)

Make the most of a free day in Rovaniemi with various exciting activities. Enjoy skiing at Ounasvaara Ski Resort, explore the enchanting Santa Park, try horseback riding in the arctic wilderness, or visit Ranua Wildlife Park. If visiting from mid-December, consider an icebreaker cruise. With numerous options available, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

DAY9

ROVANIEMI - HELSINKI - HOME (BREAKFAST)

Visit Santa Park (Exclusive! - For Groups departing Nov to Dec), the Home Cavern of Santa Claus, a magical underground wonderland where Christmas dreams come alive. Hop on the Magic Train and travel through enchanting worlds, cross the Arctic Circle Underground, enjoy the jolly Elf Show on the main stage, decorate cookies in the cozy kitchen of Mrs. Gingerbread and whisper your dearest wishes to Santa Claus himself! Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your flight home.

 

Note:
Santa Park is seasonal and only open from Nov to Dec. Late December departures (check with us for details)., enjoy a relaxing free day at leisure before your airport transfer.

HOME SWEET HOME (MEALS ON BOARD)
